I am an attorney with substantial experience in real estate transactions, having practiced real estate law in the early years of my career. I have purchased and sold nearly twelve homes of my own as well. Given that background, I can credibly state that Erik Asarian and Claire Osborne are unequivocally the most professional, detailed oriented, courteous and competent realtors with whom I have dealt over the past 25 years and are at the top of their profession.
I preface my comments by also stating that I have been quite pleased with all of the realtors who have served me over those years. Each and every realtor with whom I have dealt in the past has been selected based on my personal knowledge of the realtor and strong referrals by those whom I trust. Ironically, this was not the case with Erik and Claire. Rather, I was merely lucky enough to visit their Park City Real Estate website and ultimately engaged them in preliminary discussions regarding the purchase of my Park City home.
The services they provided included:
- Substantial research of all properties meeting the parameters of my needs
- Constant and timely telephonic and computer communications
- Picking me up at the airport and reserving time exclusively in their schedule to ensure that I visited each of the properties meeting my final criterion
- Providing me helpful data to determine the exact purchase price of the property
- Negotiating the final purchase/sale price in an expedient but very careful manner
- Ensuring that each and every document associated with the sale was carefully and accurately completed
- Providing me references to top level mortgage brokers, home inspectors and other service providers in a community with which I was not familiar
- Remaining vigilant up to and through the closing process and
- Continuing to provide services after the closing to ensure that each and every item required under the contract (and even a number of items not required) meet with my satisfaction.

Experience has taught me that finding a good real-estate broker is about as much fun as having a tooth pulled but at least with the latter,once the tooth is out the pain goes away. Not so with the broker because now you have to live with this stranger through a very personal,often emotional, process culminating only once you have committed hundreds of thousands or more of your dollars.

Let me begin by saying that due to corporate relocations we have
moved ten times and have bought as many homes over the past 15
years, and therefore have worked with ten realtors. All have

Last year, as the Senior Location Manager for ABC Television’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, I traveled over 300 days and often worked seven days a week. We first met Erik Asarian when he was
the listing real estate agent for a home that we purchased
for our daughter. He competently handled both sides of the
transaction with ease and grace. We were so impressed with
