Erik Asarian, Associate Broker
An active real estate investor in the local marketplace, Erik is a trusted partner in his clients’ local real-estate investment decisions. He specializes in new developments and distinguished properties throughout Deer Valley, Park City, and neighboring Wasatch County.
How does he work? Pushy salespeople really bug me. I’m comfortable. I believe in “releasing the pressure valve,” opening my ears, and gently helping my clients to make the decisions that are right for them. Once they make their decision, that’s when I really shine. I’m enthusiastic, energetic, and relentless on their behalf.
What did he do before real estate? “The solid foundation for my local real estate business seemed like a hodge-podge of unrelated experiences…until I found this business. Suddenly the boardroom meetings, countless conference calls, trout surveys, training, coaching, and empowering other business owners, Himalayan trekking, spreadsheet analysis, investment banking, horse-racing, and the King of Sweden all found their context and increased the value I provide to my clients.”
Erik hails from the tranquil Mendocino, California Coast. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management in 1992. After graduation, Erik worked in the fields of Investment Banking, Aviation Finance, and Sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. His non-business devotions included tournament tennis and wine making.
To combat the effects of corporate burn-out, he took an 11 month sabbatical in the Pacific and Southeast Asia, taking time to explore the marvels of New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Nepal. Life priorities recalibrated, Erik relocated to the Park City area in 1994 and worked for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources as a fisheries biologist. His next few years were invested in maximizing the local lifestyle–learning to ski, snowboard, mountain bike, show-shoe, tie flies, explore local waters etc…

Born in New York City, raised in the Midwest, and graduated from Marquette University, Greg spent many years traveling the country and the world, working in the customer service industry and living in beautiful places, both foreign and domestic, looking for a place to call home. A passion for the mountains and a job offer lured him to Park City over a decade ago, and he had found what he was looking for. Natural beauty, activities for every season, and phenomenal weather had gained yet another convert to living in Utah.
After several years as the chief concierge at the world- renowned Stein Eriksen Lodge here in Park City, making the near impossible seem easy, Greg brought his unparalleled customer service skills to bear in the local real estate industry with the goal of making interactions with clients as seamless as those experiences found at the finest hotels in the world.

Prior to her dedication to the real estate business, she worked in the hospitality business (her father owned & operated The Greenhurst Inn in Vermont), retail sales, as both a Montessori and public school teacher, and outdoor leadership guide. She studied at Imperial College in London and Lycee Bourchardon in Chaumont, France before earning her degree in natural resources with a minor in French from Johnson State College in Vermont. Her devotion to her favorite pursuits of skiing, windsurfing, and the great outdoors landed her in Tuscon, Jackson Hole, Maui, Mount Rainier, and Hood River before she settled in Midway, Utah with her husband and young daughter.
A word of caution to all you weekend warriors… Don’t let her sweet smile sucker you into a high-stakes race back to the lift. You’ll choke on a cloud of snow and your pride when she screams past you!
