		<description>The Colony has to be one of the top ski-in/ski-out communities in North America.The lot sizes are huge compared to anywhere else I've ever seen and the runs are like having private ski runs through your neighborhood. It reminds me of The Yellowstone Club w/o a membership fee and with better airport access. Great property you have here.</description>
